ADMISSION Criteria for DAE Programs (Regular for Merit Basis)
Qualification
A candidate securing minimum 45% marks in Matriculation with science or equivalent examination is eligible to apply for admission.
AGE
Maximum 19 years on 1st September of the admission year.
The final selection will be done on the basis of the merit compiled as under:
- Admission on will be held on “FIRST COME FIRST SERVED“
- Merit list is based on Marks obtained in Matriculation examination in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English.
- Medical Fitness certificate.
- According to Government Notification NO.SO (PI) 11-43/86 dated 1-09-1992, He has to provide original certificate with his admission form. Further more, before granting admission, a team of Hafiz-e-Quran would take his test and declare him pass as Hafiz-e-Quran.
- Hafiz-e-Quran will be given age relaxation up to 03 years (19+3=22 years) by the Principal.
ADMISSION Criteria for SELF FINANCE PROGRAM
- Admission on Self Finance basis will be held on “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE”.
- A candidate has to submit fee for the whole year lump sum at the time of admission.
- Securing minimum 45% marks in Matriculation or equivalent examination is eligible to apply for admission. Minimum 40% marks in entrance test are required for admission.
PSTC Hostel Accommodation Policy:
Hostel accommodation will be provided to candidates enrolled in the self-finance program, subject to availability of seats after allocation to candidates admitted on a merit basis.
Additional charges will apply separately for hostel accommodation, as per PSTC hostel policy.

- The Technology allotted at the time of admission will not be changed.
- Fee once deposited will not be returned.
- Each trainee will have his own Vernier caliper DAE PMIT / DM
